Water Work

Water Work is a dance duet inspired by American beach and swim culture. The series was created by Lauren Kravitz and Shantel Prado, whose collaborations embody the intimate ebb and flow between creative partners and decades-long friends.

꩜ Set Design

Blue and turquoise-toned fabric panels anchor the performance's aquatic theme. A combination of fabrics—elastic PVC, taffeta, and quilting cotton—absorbs and reflects light. The composition of the interchangeable panels is adaptable to the dimensions of each stage location.
